  My son went there on a weekday night and he came home sobbing, his cut was so bad. I was surprised, my son said he will never go there again. He told her to give him a shorter version of his current hair cut and she buzzed his hair- he had long hair on top and short on the sides before. I guess you get what you pay for but she didn't listen at all to what he wanted.
